Breakfast ~ Atkins Caramel Latte Shake Snack ~ 1oz salami Lunch ~ 3oz polska kielbasa & 2 slices Provolone cheese Snack ~ 1/4 C ground beef w/ salsa Dinner ~ 2 scrambled eggs & 2 slices maple bacon Totals ~ 1050 calories 79g fat 8 carbs (6 net carbs) 68g protein OK so I just opened the fridge to grab a bottle of water and there they were ... 2 platefuls of yummy lemon cupcakes with yummy lemon frosting on top ... I couldn't resist, I grabbed a cupcake and took a bite then put it back. Fighting like heck to not go back and finish the dang thing! :eek:
  2. I know exactly what you mean ... I know if I even allow myself to have one of those little cupcakes, next thing I'll be doin' is getting into the frosting and eating it by the spoonfuls :wink2:
  3. Oh geez ... my husband just made lemon cupcakes and they smell so good! I'm being strong though! I refuse to ruin this week's progress! :wink2:

  7. Same here ... counting calories doesn't work for me, but the low carb "diet" always has so it's what I do.

    vitamins?

    I have the Centrum chewables but for whatever reason after I got my first fill I seemed to have lost the ability to stand the taste of them :cool2: ... I admit, I've been horrible at taking vitamins since (they all taste the same to me!) I will DEFINITELY look into getting these Viactiv chocolate chews ... thanks for the suggestion Christal!
  10. Did good yesterday until dinner :hurray: ... I wish I could eat scrambled eggs! I love them but my band doesn't ... dang finicky thing! Have fun at the party today!

  12. I'd eat just a little so like you said, not to draw attention to yourself ... just choose items you know are full of Protein and (try) to stay away from everything else :hurray:

  17. I'm not much of a tuna eater (don't really like any type of seafood) but I think I'll give this a try! I have a can of chicken in the cupboard, think I'll try it out with chicken until I get to the store for tuna. Thanks for sharing the recipe Georgia Girl!
  18. I use TheDailyPlate to track my intake, exercise etc... Had another off day yesterday ... upchucked my lunch Been on the go quite a bit the past couple days, today I finally get a break and hope to be able to keep food down. Good thing is my scale has moved in the right direction! I am down 4+ lbs since Saturday and officially halfway to my goal! Glad to see ya'll are doing well! By the way ... I am soooo addicted to these Atkins Advantage shakes! :redface:
  19. Hope everyone is doing well! I had an off day today, don't know if it's the stress I've been under or what but I couldn't get much to stay down today. Went to a restaurant for the first time in quite awhile and ended up making a run for the bathroom after attempting to eat an omlette ... up it came! Then earlier this evening I purchased a roasted chicken at the grocery store and tried having some for dinner, it also did an immediate u-turn. I did manage to find those Atkins shakes today, I tried the Caramel Latte and it is GOOD! Also bought the Mocha, will try it tomorrow ... hopefully tomorrow is a better day :frown:

  22. Don't feel bad, yesterday morning the scale said I was up 3 lbs :smile: ... and this morning it hadn't budged. Also this morning for the first time in quite awhile I had a hard time putting my rings on so I'm retaining Water for some reason :tongue:
