  3. Thanks! You were right ... down 2 lbs this morning WooHoo! Welcome Jeannie! Ditto to that! I have 9.2 lbs to lose to reach my mini goal of 211.8 lbs by the 15th ... WE CAN DO THIS! OK so yesterday I was out house hunting because we need to re-locate to another area ... I stopped and visited with my grandparents and as usual Grandma had a ton of food she bought for my boys ... I'm talkin a huge box of Twinkies, a huge container of powdered donuts, a dozen Valentine cupcakes ... So I have all these sweets in the house right now but I'm stayin' strong! As it is, I've ignored the container of leftover lemon frosting that screams my name everytime I open the refrigerator, which is amazing to me because as I've said before, I've been known to eat that crap by the spoonfuls ... I am sooo determined, nothing (not even the sweetest of sweets) is getting in my way this time! Hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend :eek:

I've been super strict with myself and haven't cheated since the lemon cupcake last week but the loss seems slowww Here is what I had today ...   8. Pop Tarts sound goooood! :frown: Don't be hard on yourself Georgia! Hey, you were on the go and chicken nuggets aren't that bad of a thing ... there are worse decisions you could have made! Welcome luluc! I've sorta been eating Atkins-style since being banded ... it's only for the past 2 weeks or so that I've been doing this induction phase. I'm not fond of vegetables so most of the time my side dishes contain some sort of cheese. I always did good on Atkins pre-band but the weight would come back when I resumed eating "normally" (which meant going back to drinking regular soda, eating fast food & CHOCOLATE etc...) Well now with the band, I don't drink soda and don't do the fast food thing too much anymore and only allow myself chocolate on special occasions so I don't see the weight coming back, ever ... My band is sorta like my back up :frown:

CONGRATS!! :hurray: Yesterday I had ~ Breakfast ~ Atkins Caramel Latte shake Lunch ~ 3 oz polska kielbasa & 1 colby jack cheese stick Snack ~ .5 oz pork rinds Dinner ~ 3 oz country herb grilled chicken & 1 slice provolone cheese Can't get the stats right now as TDP is down :biggrin: ... however, the scale moved again this morning so I'm a happy camper. I have 2 weeks to lose 12 lbs, I am determined to stay on track!

Sounds good ... will have to check em out next time I go to Wally World. Well ... no loss this morning and I am sooo frustrated over it! Thought I'd been doing good the past couple days, with the exception of that cupcake :rolleyes2: ... oh well, today is a new day

"Francesco Rinaldi" Original Traditional Pasta Sauce 1/2 C has 80 calories, 3g fat, 12g carbs, 2g protein I made spaghetti for my family and as good as the noodles looked, I decided to have just the meat/sauce mix. I had less than half of a 1/4 C mixed in with the 1/2 C ground beef ... it was so good! :tt1:

  20. It's been very hard, especially because lemon is my favorite! (Damn my husband!! ) LOL ... But seriously, I have a mini goal I am trying to reach by February 15th so I'm doing all I can to stay on track. Hope to have no more moments of weakness like I did last night
  21. Sorry the scale went the wrong direction ... today is a new day though so keep your chin up! Even with the darn cupcake (yes, I ate the whole thing) I was still down 4oz this morning ... will be sure to feed the kiddos the rest of the cupcakes today so I don't have to look at them everytime I open the refrigerator I don't plan my menu out, with the exception of my new favorite breakfast (Atkins shakes) so I'll post what I had after I have it Have a great day ladies!
