    Donna ... go to photobucket.com and sign up for a free account. There you can upload pictures, resize them etc... and they provide the codes for you to paste wherever you want the pics to show up.   5. Every 2-3 hours sounds about right ... "sweet spot" is the perfect fill level where you're getting full on small amounts of food, not hungry between meals & losing weight consistently.

    I use the Wyler's brand, it's just like Crystal Light (but cheaper) and I add it to at least 2 of my waters throughout the day ... only 5 calories each so no harm done! :glare:

  8. Thanks Renewed! :biggrin2: Thanks Georgia! :biggrin2: I plan on continuing with the Atkins for at least another week. I am trying (desperately) to reach a mini goal. I've had a slight setback since Aunt Flo arrived a couple days ago (and I'm retaining Water :drool:) but hoping for a big drop within the next couple days. Today was weird ... I felt almost as if I had no restriction whatsoever and oh the sugar cravings!! I was good though and instead of satisfying my sweet tooth with a mini white powdered donut (like I wanted to) instead I drank an Atkins Caramel Latte shake. Yeah I'm sure that mini donut has less calories than the shake but it was the carbs I was concerned about. :tongue2: Anyhow, this is what I had today ... Breakfast ~ Atkins Mocha Shake Snack ~ 3 raw almonds & 1 package Buddig oven roasted turkey Lunch ~ 3oz polska kielbasa & 1 colby jack cheese stick Snack ~ .5oz pork rinds Dinner ~ salad (1oz lettuce, 1oz salami, 1 string cheese, 2T italian dressing) Snack ~ Atkins Caramel Latte shake Totals ~ 1147 calories 83g fat 18g carbs (14g net carbs) 79g Protein

    LOL ... I'm a busy Mom too (and can never pee on my own either :smile:) but yeah I guess it sounds more complicated than it is. I do that though to make sure I get in all my fluids ... I wasn't a huge fan of Water pre-band, matter of fact, I HATED IT! Now it's my drink of choice ... who'da thunkit :biggrin:

    I don't understand the not drinking for 30 minutes before a meal, that is one of the rules I don't follow :biggrin: An hour after breakfast, I start on a 16oz bottle of water ... it can sometimes take an hour to drink it. After I've finished with the water, I have a small snack and an hour after that I have another water. The process continues for lunch, another small snack and dinner so by the end of the day I've had my 2 snacks, 3 meals & 4 bottles of water. Staying on schedule like this usually keeps me from grazing & snacking throughout the day too. :smile:

  13. Noooo you're not being a wimp! You just need to find what works for you, not only with the weightloss but also with what leaves you happy, content & satisfied. I guess the reason why I can stick to Atkins easily is because of my total dislike for veggies and such ... since I don't like them, I don't miss them! Gave up bread a long time ago because it causes pain so don't miss it either. Having all the sweets in the house lately has been rather difficult though. So bad I want to eat a Twinkie but more than that I want to achieve my mini goal by next week, it's super important to me. Seriously, count calories for a few days and see what happens.   16. OK so last night my husband breaks out the huge container of white powdered donuts that Grandma sent home with me last week ... they looked and smelled so good. I ate one ... but I didn't swallow! I just chewed it then spit it out :eek: ... sounds lame I know, kinda like when Clinton said he didn't inhale LOL ... but I didn't want to ruin the progress I've made so far. Anyhow, just tasting it was enough to satisfy the craving. To my surprise, the scale went down another 8oz this morning :biggrin: ... thought for sure it would have been at a standstill due to me so dang lazy yesterday! Hope ya'll have a great day today ... I'm off to continue house hunting

Well, I owe all my weight gain to Taco Bell My usual meal ~ 1 Beef Fiesta Burrito 1 Nacho Supreme 2 Taco Supremes Totals :Banane20: ~ serving weight 602g 1240 calories 66g fat 140mg cholesterol 2740mg sodium 119 carbohydrates Oh yeah, on top of all that, add an XL Dr Pepper! I can't even imagine eating that much now ... and to think, that was just 1 meal outta the day no wonder I reached 300+ lbs!
