Wondering what everyone's calorie intake was before surgery and what is it now. Before surgery, I ate 2000-3000 a day but now, at 8 weeks out, I am at 1000-1200. I really struggle to be near 1000 and am more comfortable at 1200, which requires smart food choices. What about you?

I got the plication surgery 8 weeks ago and have a larger than expected capacity. I can easily eat 8-12 ounces of food now. If drinking beverages, I can easily drink 8 ounces in four large sips and feel fine. What is your intake and how far out are you?
