Yes keep walking that def helps. As far as my incisions, they had little tape bandages and I showered with them and they eventually fell of on their own. I didn't rub them or put soap on them I just let the Water run over them Your doing great and will feel better soon, hang in there :-)

Did they remove any of your stomach?

So about 8 months ago. When did u loose more weight at the begining of surgery, more of in the middle of your journey, or towards the end( this last few months)?
-
How long did it take to loose that amount of weight?
-
Wohooooooo! That's awesome!!!! So happy for you!!! Yaaaaaay!!

Just wondering what your doctors told about water intake....how many ounces per day?
-
I have a hard time with Water as it is. I'm really trying but so far I can only get in 32 oz (4 cups) I'm trying to force my self to get more on to see if it will help with the weight, but it seems as if my body refuses to move away from the weight I'm at!! Hopefully more water intake will help!

So this week was 7 weeks post op. And although I feel good, no complications or anything at all. But haven't lost any more weight. I've only lost about 8 lbs when I went to see my doc which was 4 weeks post op. And after the docs visit o haven't lost any! As a matter of fact I gained 1.8lbs. What the heck!! :/ I hope this is just a stage and that I start loosing more soon

What is a nissen fundoplication? -
Wooohooo! Congrats on your 20lbs

I don't think I'm eating too much, I'm very careful when I'm.eating and constantly asking myself how I'm feeling and careful not too over eat, because I don't want to be in pain cuz of my over eating. My skin feels thinner if that even makes sense, and I see my legs and thighs smaller. People usually say my face looks thinner. So I don't know maybe I'm loosing inches? I should have measured myself so I can see if theres a difference there. But I guess I have to wait it out, my doc said I would loose super slow due to my body genetics and metabolism, maybe he is right . In the meanwhile I will keep trying and waiting.

Yaaay so today is my 3 weeks post op!! And thank God I'm been feeling good. And now even better that I got a call from my docs that I can slowly start introducing reg foods! Yaaaaay me! I was anxious for this day to come, and now that its here I'm happy bit scared as well. Hopefully my stomach can take having reg foods now. Hope they don't make me sick. Oh and I see my doc on Friday!
