thanks for the info guys its very encouraging! I am on a 800 cal diet including 40grams of protein (or at least try) I love water but it has to be freezing cold. As far as exercise, its kinda hard with two jobs and a grandbaby at home. I work from 6am - 1030pm and on my feet for the majority of the time, as much as I would like to try to wake up earlier to get at least an hour in of exercise, sleep, is maybe what I need being post-op six weeks today. I'll have to work on that huh?
