    Re: "Inverted T" abdominoplasty

Good Luck I am waiting on an approval from my insurance company to have my TT. Let me know how bad the pain is
  6. WOW that is awesome! You are my inspiration. I would love to be under 200 by this summer. It's been many years since that. Keep up your great work.

  7. I am doing really well I think. I am 15 months post op and down 123lbs so far. I can't seem to drop anymore but I think I will start again soon

  8. Wow that's great. Good luck to you also. How are you doing with the weightoss. So far I have 62lbs between the surgery and the pre-op diet.

What do you change about your diet every 1-3 weeks? I thought about going back to the preop diet for 1 week to see how that worked
  10. Thanks for the info. I am waiting to hear from my insurance company about getting a tt. I hope they approve it and I am trying really hard to drop a little more weight before I get the approval letter. (My Dr says to think positive they have approved them before) I only have 35 more to drop and would like to be down 10 before surgey. Good Luck on Friday.
  11. We started out at almost the same weight. Good Luck

  12. I wish someone would have told me how hard the last 25lbs was going to be!

    Re: "Inverted T" abdominoplasty

Is your insurance going to cover this?
  14. OHM, I wish I could run more than one minute at 5.5 without being short of breath. How did you get to the point that you could runs so long. I just cant seem to get my legs strong enough. (Not to mention I have to wear two pair of pants to run because I need a tummy tuck)
