I had my plication surgery April 8th and have lost almost 30lbs. I have been pleased so far with my results even though my doctor thinks I should be losing more consistently.
I have found a protein shake I love from Complete Nutrition and mix it with my decaf coffee and almond milk. (45grams of protein) I also on days that I know I have not consumed enough proteins drink add a protein shot that have 25 grams. It is very difficult to get it all in but it is a big balancing act!
