I think the more stressed we are the less weight we loose .I'm trying to make peace with my food ,I'm telling myself that food is not my enemy just a method of survival.Eat to survive, not survive to eat.
Well I have 3 different scales And they all give me different numbers .My favorite is the one that gives me the less weight
In June and I gain 9 pounds already And this is on my favorite scale.
I'm not happy at all.
The problem with me is that most recipes need different seasoning,and I don't have it when I star making the dishe,So I just do something else,So I don't have to go to the store.
I'm sorry that u had to go through that horrible experience, but glad that things are starting to get better for u.
Can u Post it under tell your story? A lot more people will respond to this.It so others know of what we go through.
It does not work right away give it about 30 minutes after drink it and you will feel satisfied.Always drink this first and then u can have a small meal if you still hungry.Or a protien bar
I got my protein at the vitamin shop, but u can get it anywhere including walmart, my favorite was the isupure ,do a search on it walmart does'nt have it but I'm sure that vitamins shop do or GNC get the one that is 40g of protein mango flavor .
