I just went to my doctor today and he told me that the post-op time is NOT about weight loss; it is all about healing He also told me that if you push it and eat things that you are not suppose to; then you can have complications such as "kinks" or slippage in the future. So my advice is: drink your protein shakes, and use your blender. I am going to be in your boat too, and very hungry, but that is par for the course. Good luck.
