It's a reset had to two years ago and going to the gym at least 3 to 4 days a week I still don't feel like I am losing anything. I don't think my stomach has stretched out or anything I still don't get hunger pain so that's a good sign right?
It depends on what I ate but having liquids no not really I just go by measurement if I am done with my food I stop now eating real food yes I do feel full
