HEy guys good news finally this stall is over I've been loosing a pound a day last 3 days ... I was very scared but yeyyy im back in the game ...so theres hope guys keep doing what your doing don't let the stall bring u down

Thank you guys I've lost about 37 lbs so far but I've been stuck at one weight for 3 weeks literally goes down a lb. then back up so I'm worried because I'm not having problems eating anything ... I have huge limitation of course but as long as I chew well I'm able to eat...

How many lbs did you loose by your 7th week .... I am curious to see how well I'm progressing .... Please advise....

Find someone that has lindora and buy their protein powders n soups lots of protein and very yummy ... Good luckk

Hey guys I am new to this forum ... This Is my 6th week after surgery and these past 2 weeks I have not lost any weight I go up and down. 2 lbs every week .... I lost like 28 lbs the 1st 3 weeks and then I stopped ... Is this normal? Initial weight 270 Current weight 240
