I still have the shoulder pain. It comes and goes. I do not think it is gas. I think it is pain from nerves damaged in the operation. Just my thinking. Donna

Hi Jim, I am up because i work third shift three days a week and first shift the other two. Strange i know. Walk as much as you can the first few days. It really helps. Glad you are doing ok. The soreness does not last too long. I am almost six months out not and i really love my band. Donna

Weight loss has been pretty good for me and i am 54. I did not do a pre-op diet, but have lost 50 pounds. I exercise a lot though. But i also eat a lot more calories than most people seem to eat. 1600-1700 a day. Right now i am stuck though, i need a fill. Donna

Wow Juli! You have done great. I feel like you do . I have paid a lot for this band and i plan to make it work. I was at the gym today for an hour of hard cardio and i love how it makes me feel. It is a little tough right now because i need a fill but can`t get in for three more weeks. Busy doc. I work in a shelter with children and last year i got ringworm on my inner thigh. OMG It was awful. Took two weeks to get rid of. Can`t remember what i used. Donna
