My breasts were already sagging , before the band. But other than that I don`t look bad. I will wear a bikini this year I think. I use to hate my oily skin, now i know what a blessing it is. Donna -
25 pounds is not bad really. But if you want to speed things up increase exercise. Always works. Donna

My psych test was really nothing. She just asked me a few questions about my feelings about the surgery and that was it. Good thing or she would have found out i am completly nuts! LOL Donna

Sometimes it takes several fills to get restriction. Depends on a lot of things. Sometimes it takes several days for your fill to kick in also. Hang in there. Donna

I just had a fill and I am pretty tight right now. If I pb and slime I just give up and quit trying to eat. I get popsicles and suck on those or eat a few almonds , when i can get them down. Last night i pbed almonds for gosh sakes. I know it will get better tho when I lose a few more pounds. Things will loosen up. It can be a pain in the butt sometimes. Donna

I am so glad that I do not take my band for granted. I have had great results so far, but I really work for them. I was a self pay and I won`t throw my money away. Donna -
I am six months out and I am freezing to death all the time. I too get in a hot tub at night just to get warm. I have started sitting with a heating pad under a blanket in my chair to watch tv. The only time I am warm is when I am working out at the gym. Donna
