I have the desire, sadly no bf right now. I think that may change now that i look better and feel better about myself. I made no attempt to meet anyone when i was 237. I did not feel sexy or good about me. Things are looking a lot better now. Donna -

YOU CAN`T EAT CARBS AND LOSE WEIGHT. I eat a lot of vegie Soup and homemade chicken soup. I put potatoes in both and i am losing quite well. Calories in- calories out. Works for me. Donna

You need to follow your post-op diet. Call your doctor about your concerns. I don`t think you should be on soft food yet. Good luck Donna

The band helps me a great deal. It really reduces my hunger and that makes it possible for me to make better food choices and eat a lot less. I also go to the gym five times a week. I count my calories because i want to know how i am doing and if i need to cut back. It is the best thing i have ever done for myself. ( outside of going to college so i don`t have to depend on someone else to support me) Donna -

Are you writing down your calories? Thats what i do , that way i know when i need to quit for the day.I eat more than what some do, about 1500 to 1600 a day. I am losing though so i`m happy with that. I go to the gym five times a week so that helps. Donna -

You can get the surgery done in Mexico for as little as 8000. I was a self pay and had to get money from my retirement fund. My doctor in Mexico was great and everything is included in one price. Good luck. Donna

I did not take any before pictures. I hated the way i looked and did not want any pictures of it. Also i do not know how to post pics on this site . Why is it that you can`t see a lot of the pics people post. They won`t come up when you click the x.???? Donna
