I cook ahead of time like Jacqui. I freeze or just put it in the fridge. I usually cook for about three or four days at a time. I really don`t do fast foods. Too many calories and too much fat. I carry healthy snacks with me to work also, like the 100 cal bags of popcorn or sf pudding cups. Donna -

Hi!!! Welcome to the site. I told everyone i knew i was getting the band. I did not eat a lot before the surgery, i wanted to get a head start and i had already been going to the gym so that was not new for me.I use a whey protien drink from GNC, choc flavor, i love it. Donna -

When you lose a good bit like that you tend to lose restriction because your stomach skrinks. Let your doctor know how hungry you are when you go for your fill. Hang in there Donna -
