I just had my third fill and i am very tight. I can only eat a few bites at a time. I stay tight all the time so i just have to be careful and go really slow. I am losing two to three pounds a week. Donna

The last couple of months i had made it to the gym 18 times each month. I am going to try for 18 again this month. Donna

I am having the same problem right now. I am too tight and if I want to eat I can only have a few bites at a time.I am hoping once i lose a couple more pounds it will loosen up a bit. If not i will have to get a slight unfill. The slime,when it happens , tells me i ate too much, too fast, again.I really wish i could learn to slow down. I think that is my biggest problem. Donna

I did not have to do a pre-op diet so I am not sure what you eat on one. Some doctors do it and some do not.Your doctor should have told you what you can have. Congrats on your surgery date. Donna -

I would not want to go back that soon. I took three weeks off and i am so glad i did. I was tired for the whole first week and sore. I wanted time to get used to a new lifestyle. Donna - PS Congrats on your date.

I think the hardest part of this whole deal is learning to eat only when you are hungry. I too find myself wandering in the kitchen , looking for food i do not need.
