I love the way I look and feel now. I hated the way I looked at 237. I feel so much healthier now. I have lots more energy. I still have a way to go, but this has been great for me. Donna -

I have been a little blue the last few days. I think it is mostly because it has rained here for days and shows no sign of stoping. Also I think I am missing my old friend FOOD. Denise is right.It washes the food out of pouch and you get hungry too fast. Defeats the purpose of the band. It does not make you throw up, unless you are already too full, then you might. Hope this helps. Donna
