1.5 packs Unflavored Jello
2 to 3 Cocoa podwer (pure, sugar free)
2 splenda
1 cup Water
Boil the water, turn off the stove and add slowly the splenda and cocoa podwer set aside and wait until room temperature
1 cup of fatFree milk, or organic coconut milk no sugar added
3 scoop of whey Protein podwer -unflavored or vainella-
Mix w fork , then slowly stir in the choc jello mix
Pass it to food container and keep it in fredge for 3 hours .
