I lost 14 in 3 days so far...dont worry...when we are this big it isnt a big deal. My girlfreind would die if she lost 14 in 3 days. -

Hi, Im Keith from South Jersey...and I am addicted to food...LOL I am getting the band done at Temple U in Philly. Right now I am in the process of a full liquid diet. My surgeon requires it two weeks prior to surgery to help make the liver smaller. It hasnt been too bad. I am looking forward to reading people success stories and suggestions.
