My nur told me about the gummy ones just check the suger in them

I got chewable gummy one a day and Wal-Mart had gummy calcium in fiber bills I am going to try . I think it don't matter how much they try to perpare us for this that gagging sucks the first time I tried to take a pill it got stuck and to big of a drink I gaged it was lawful

Ok I don't know were to start I am 36 and live in Denver I am new to this site and I go in for my bypass on sep 3rd I start my liquid only tomorrow morning what a weekend to start lol but I can do it I am a little scared. I think I just need some support and to hear you can do it, if that makes any sense.
