Hi all...I need to buy a new scale. What type (digital or not) and what brand should I go for?? I love the huge scale at my Dr office but thats not an option lol. Thanks xo (Pre op) Journey Starting Weight: 341, Current Weight: 319, Goal weight: 140 (After GB) Hoping for December surgery date!!!

I definitely missed this post. Purging is very bad. You definitely should get in touch with your surgeons office to get pointed in the right direction for help. Therapy is nothing to be ashamed of. You may actually enjoy it. Best of luck to you. Please get the help you need to reach your goal in a healthy way. (Pre op) sw 341~cw 298~gw 140

The only thing that I know of is taking Biotin. I am pre op and have been religiously been taking biotin for the past 4 months. A lot of people say it helps. Good luck. (Pre op) sw 341~cw 298~gw 140

Im still pre-op, entering into the 5th month of my 6th month program. I've seen this person on other posts and she's always so self righteous and rude. Trust me, we aren't the only ones that have noticed this. He/she belittles people and makes them feel awful. Sometimes people just need to reach out and know there's an ear listening....not a speech/lecture from someone that obviously feels they are perfect. (Pre op) sw 341~cw 298~gw 140
