Last minute switch from Sleeve to Bypass!
AwesomeForever replied to BroJoe's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You will have some similar protocols as I have seen in many posts. Check with your surgeon or the dietitian associated with your surgical team. Your surgeon can only suggest what you can eat. You have to be diligent. Your surgeon cannot be with you 24/7 but you should have access to him or one representative on call. You may want to have something but just because you can don't. I am five and a half years out. Some things that I have done besides many trips with my grandchildren are trips to foreign countries. I was away for five weeks in 2010. Good luck next Friday. -
This is a process towards a healthier you. You can learn new habits that will mean you change the inner you. You can use the good positive thoughts as a reinforcement of you stronger healthier you in mind and body. Focus on the moment. Let go of the past. Many blessings to you.
