Yes! Make sure you take it everyday. You could develop and ulcer. I'm supposed to take it twice a day and it tastes terrible. So bad my body involuntary shutters after taking it.

Had a scare with crippling stomach pain and vomiting. After a trip to the ER and many tests later, the doctors determined it to be excess acid. I wasn't taking my liquid antacid because I wasn't having acid reflux. Apparently, I'm supposed to take it every day anyways. I've been taking it and feel great! On a positive note, I'm down 37 lbs and have taken up Zumba. I couldn't do Zumba 37 lbs ago because my feet hurt so bad.

Totally been fighting constipation. It's just strange it's on the right side. I did have a large bruise there after surgery. I didn't know about the GasX strips. I'll give them a try. Thanks!

I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago. The surgeon mentioned I had a lot of scar tissue from it. Maybe it's that.

So I've had pain off-and-on on my right side. All the way around to the side, under my ribs to my back. I'm starting week 4 of my recovery. I've battled with constipation. But, can't tell if the pain coincides with that. However, constipation pain is normally on the left. Has anyone else experienced this?

Today I had a Laughing Cow cheese wedge and it was sooo good. Can't have crackers yet so I ate it off of the wrapper. Popsicles have also helped with the urge of wanting crunchy food. I need to get more exercise in though.

Can anyone tell me a good threshold for sugar and fat grams? I don't want dumping syndrome but I want to add things to my shakes.

I purchased mine from GNC. They didn't have it in the store so the guy shipped it to my house for free. It is pricy, about $50 per 3lbs but it lasts for forever and has saved my hide. Each scoop is 26g of Protein and 0g of sugar. The nonflavor has no taste at all. I was skeptical but its true.

August 14, 2013 was my surgery. I'm in RI. I'm in the stage three diet. I'm so sick of liquid and ready to chew something.
  11. New here. Trying to figure out this app. My Surgery was August 14, 2013. I'm in stage 3 (mostly liquid). I've purchased the Montel Health Master blender so I may have more flavor options. I make soups out of fresh and raw veggies and add non-flavored Isopure protein powder to each serving. It has helped a whole lot but I'm getting a bit stir crazy wanting what everyone else is eating or just wanting something crunchy.
