Me Too so discouraged!!! 21 pounds down post op 8/22. Doing everything except exercise, 1100 cal intake is not much BUT 21 lbs off is better than 21 ON! And Really what do you say to those people whom ask "So, how much have you lost?" I'd like to say its none of your business! That's so rude! Why do people think it's ok to ask!

Thank you! My date was the 22nd and I've lost 21pounds. I really thought I was doing something wrong! Congrats on your new life my birthday is the 26th. -

Y'all just answered my question, I'm having the same problem I thought I might be eating to much but really how!! At least every other day I'm vomiting do to not chewing enough. I'm getting my protein in! So I'll hold my breath and wait -

If you think you are constipated try colace and crystal light! A fellow RNY uses this every day! Works great but if you are on just liquids, liquids in liquids out. All my pain is on the left side where the biggest instrument went and boy oh boy that sucker hurts. To stand to walk etc, I have to hold my hand there. Good Luck. -

Day 3 to 7 full liquid, 3oz of soup protein shake water broth tea. 8 day to visit Dr 21st day, puréed food, q 2-3 hours. Mashed potato soup puréed chili no beans baby food like I'm not there yet I gave to wait till Saturday but I can't wait! Had tomato juice last night OMG the best tasting thing ever -

I feel full so quickly also, I think my pouch is still swollen and tender from the surgery! -

Steph-rny My pouch definitely could not handle that amount four days post-op. I'm struggling with 2-3oz now per hour BUT everyone is different! I get chest pains and feel like I can't take a deep breath if I drink to much. -

Last Thursday, was my surgery so drinking for only four days. today is my first day with out any liquid Tylenol so not bad. -

A pull or twitch maybe I'm suppose to advance to 3oz I backed down to 2. 3 was to much.
