Hi Guys I Am Still Feeling Nauseous and still can't seem to get in all my liquids the sight and smell of food makes me sick...The vitamins make me sick...I Had Sugery Aug 12th befor surgery I was 347 ...pre-diet 323...After Gatric Bypass 2 months out Now: 290 Been stuck here for a while and is getting frustrated and overwhelmed..Dont Know what to do..I keep feeling Body Pains...My Calfs are killing me...Any Suggestions Please

I have been having pain in my upper stomach for the past 4 days and i just dont noe why....I barley eat just because im not hungry and also not wanting anything to make the pain worse...Idk what can it be...I do have to say im still having trouble getting my protein in and liquids...So I was just wondering has anybody felt this pain...

Hey guys im 4 1\2 weeks out had open gastric bypass... and I cant sleep..I am So Tired But Just Cant Fall Asleep...And When I Do End Up Falling Asleep It's Around 7 In The Morning...When I Do That I Wont Wake Up Untill Like 4 or 5 in the afternoon...Which I Will Sleep The Whole Day With Out Eating or Drinking....Uggghhh Dont Know What To Do...Im So Frustrated And Cranky...I Feel Like Im Messing Up My Diet....And Another Thing I Still Cant Lay Down When I Do Im In So Much Pain..my belly it dosent matter what position im in im still in pain...I have not been able to do a bowel movement for about 2 1/2 weeks Now...Is Anybody Else Going Through These???? Please help

Just went through another dumping....I am having a break down because this is to much and the worst feeling...For the past two days seem like nothing wants to stay down...everytime i take a bite or even a sip i start to get dumping...=( Im trying to stay strong..but it's so overwhelming

@ kinsse....Church is always a powerful feeling...Im glad you where able to make it to church today ...i know it was a blessing...Im sorry to hear about your dumping i hate the feeling of it...I had it a few times and everytime i feel like im going to just pass out....So im glad it's over for you and your doing ok....Hang in there hun...God will never give us more then we can handle=)

LoL thats ok...Thank you for your response...yes it help.=)...Im sorry to hear that your still in pain and hope you feel better soon....Yes i still feel weak but i try to push myself...Family be telling me im doing to much for someone who had surgery...But they all know im the type of person that can't stay still or ill go crazy lol....But i understand where u comming from....I know that protein protein is very important and will help with that alot and have you started taking your vitamins yet?

I had open gastric @ug 12th and was wondering was it ok to sleep on your stomach....and has anybody have problem sleeping at night?... I also wanna know if anyone has night time hungers and any suggestion on what you would do?

Hi im new to this. I was just wondering has anyone has had open gastric bypass and will like to share there story with me. I am 22 and had open gastric bypass on aug 12....I started at 333 and now im 320 which i feel like im losing weight slow...My biggest fear is not seeing any big results...Im so scared and nerveous about this life changing experience im going through....But in staying strong and not losing faith....I love this app because it gives me the support i need.

That's how i feel.....I lost only 10lbs since my surgery aug 12....I wonder those it have to do with it being open and not the other way...But word of advice just dont give up and ask your doctor lots of questions...We came this far and it's gonna be hard so we must stay strong and ride with it...Congrats and I wish you the best of luck on your journey..

Thank you...I will continue to keep faith and stay on track...I had Open because of a previous surgery .It left alot of scar tissue so they couldnt see what they was doing....
