Yea, I'm a living witness you are going to have days that you're going to want to eat up everything. But just stay strong and You Can Do It. It's a mind thing I usually just go for a walk when I get the urge to want to eat everything In site. You're almost there good luck and congratulations on your surgery date :) .....

I know the feeling I love Coke. And I was a smoker as well but I quit cold turkey. I'm actually surprised because I haven't even thought about a Coke nor cigarette. You just have to have the right mind set I guess

Thanks for the reply Jessica, My preop diet actually starts on the 14th. But my Nut put me on this 950 cal liquid diet to lose the 5.lbs by then. Im so hungry OMG!! And the crazy thing Is Im going to have to continue being on It until It's time for sugery LORD be with me Lol.

anyone from Indiana get WLS using Medicaid? Is it hard to get approved through Medicaid?

I know In Fl with Medicaid you have to do 6 months Documented weigh-Ins with your Pcp. An whatever else the surgeon tells you. Like Psych eval, see the Nut, EGD, Pulmonary clearance,Cardiologist clearance and mabey a sleep study. To be honest I think Medicaid requirements are the same In every state but don't quote me on that hope this helps -

I've been trying to do the same things eat slower and making sure I chew, chew, chew lol. And I'm trying to lose as much weight as I can before surgery. Nobody really knows I'm having It done I told some of my family. But they were so negative so I lied and told them that I wasn't having it done anymore. Good luck reshiapooh96 do you have a surgery date yet?????
