I'm noticing my legs are getting sore. The more active I'm becoming the more sore.(knees to ankles) I know I need to increase my water and I'm thinking this is the cause. I go for my check up with my surgeon this morning. SW.257. CW196.

Sorry your having such difficulty, I too having issues with food and water. I am now a forced vegetarian. Any meat or fish do not agree with me. However with the milk have you tried lactose free milk? That's what I'm using. I also use skim milk plus too. As for water I started drinking the little hugs juices, they have 2gm of sugar and only 10 calories so I won't dehydrate. I also eat greek yogurts ( dannon lite n fit) I still having issues with textured foods so I stick to soft foods also. It very frustrating, but I pray this will pass too. Good luck

Hi everyone. I am down 50 pounds since my surgery date August 27th 2013. And I am very happy with my process. This weight I gain happened over a 4year period so I know it will take time and patients with excerise and good eating habits to come off. I given myself 1 year to loose 100 pounds. I'm half way there. Be proud of any weight loss. SW257. CW 207.

I had serious complications afterwards and still not getting in the proper Protein or food and Water due to nausea. I know this is why I'm losing so much.

It's now 6 week mark for me and my journey has been painfully difficult. Last week I end up back in hospital for 2days because drainage tube still in stomach , slipped into intestine! They had to pull tube out of intestine and put back into stomach. Terrible pain.. hopefully I can get tub removed by 8week mark! I wasn't eating well or drinking well because of nausea. However I realized my nausea was being caused by all the vitamins I was taken on a emptied stomach. So my doctor temporarily stop all vitamins but b12 and it's been 3days and I'm tolerating food better. It's weird but anything with vinegar on it I'm loving. SW-257 CW-221. Yes it has slowed down for me too. I haven't lost any weight in a week. But my monthly is due this week also and we do bloat and hold water around that time. I haven't started excerising and I was told it's going to take another 6weeks for me to heal. That means slower weight loss. I am upset with all my complications and how long it will take me to heal. Baby steps and knowing I will succeed eventually. Keep your head up
