Hi I was banded on the 12th of july....in Richmond, va doing ok scared to eat....but doing it terrified of PBing down 19 pounds since the preop diet on the 1st! I had Healthy Choice cream of chicken soup last night and both kids were bugging me for some...I felt like i was eating a filet mignon. any other time they wouldn't have touched it!

I have been hungry about 2pm in the afternoon. There is no way right now to get all of my protein in. I struggle to get 1/2 of it.... Any idea how to improve that? I am supposed to be on total solids by the 4th week postop. The doc said NO LIQUID meals after week 4 unless after a fill..... I feel ok. It is funny eating with my family and still eating 10 minutes after they have finished!
