Walked 18miles last week, ate right 95% of the time and still gained 1/2lb. Starting: 267 Current: 268 Surprisingly I'm not down at all about the gain, I will do better at next weeks weigh-in:cheer2: I too weigh in at TOPS on Tues, so I will post updates Wed. morning.

Kee- It was soooo cold out yesterday and I would not have done that last lap had it not been for you and your energerizer arse...6 miles on Sat & 9miles on Sun. geesh! ;) When I got home I had my coffee w/unjury, cut my ringer off and crashed for about 3 hrs....woke up rejuvenated & ready to walk again....NOT:rolleyes Tee- Kee has a battery pack hidden in that fanny pack of hers. She just keeps going and going. I'm out of breath trying to flag down a ride back to the car and this lil heffa starts jogging back.:huytsao Puddin- I see now. Still cool none the less. Your an active lil thang:D

It's a darn shame the measures we have to go thru to get the proper restriction. My mother always said I was the slick one of her 3 children. :humble: MY NEW MANTRA: "By any means necessary":nervous I'm up to 4.0 in my 4cc band. Dr. said he felt the restriction as he was administering the fill, so this better do the trick or else:laser:
