    I'm on a plateau:bored Last week I tried on a pair of capris that didnt button...this morning I tried them on again and they fit perfectly. That's enough motivation for me to keep on with my exercise until this dry spell end.:clap2: Sun. - 3 miles (completed) Mon. - none (completed or not completed) Tues. - 3 miles (completed) Wed. - 3 miles (completed) Thurs. - none Fri. - 3 miles am (completed)...3 miles pm (weather permitting) Sat. none (rained out) Sun. 6 miles

    Yes I am....now I have a free evening. I think I will stick to 1 lap when I walk in the mornings. I'm use to taking a nap afterwards whenever I do more than 3 miles. Now I'm like this -----> :notagreein my office.
