Tee fill up on low cal. liquids.... make yourself busy... get up go for a walk..... burry yourself in work.... This one should do the trick think how much you're gonna have to walk to burn off those calories. :grouphug:

Starting Weight: 267 4-10 - 268 4-18 - 271 4-25 - 261 5-2 - 5-9 - 5-16 - 5-23 - 5/30 - 6/6 - 6/13 - 6/20 - 6/27 - UPDATES: Last week I walked 18miles So far this week (sun-wed), I walked 15miles...aiming for an additional 9miles by Sat.

I wasnt going to walk today out of sheer laziness:tired , but since it's going to rain tomorrow.... I have to pick up the lil one today, so I will be there 4:30ish already suited up....dont leave me I will be there. :party:
