Okay I def need my starbucks..added wrong. Last week I was 261..this week 258 = a 7lb loss right?? Going to get a venti. Gain?? Dont I know it:think I will walk Thurs (3 or 6 mi) and Fri (3mi in the am). Will make an effort Sat...busy preparing for mommy's day shindig. Sun...mother's day....prolly wont even be in the county. Back on track next week for sure:cool:

We (Karen & I) wasnt in the loser's circle last wk and I told her we will be this week. Way to go Ms. Karen:clap2: Ummm, lets see (looking at my calendar) last week I gained, this week I lost, so that means next will I will gain and the week after that I will lose.:nervous Lost of 6lbs:D

I was banded locally (Brody). The only Dr. I know who will service MX patients is Dr. Brinkley in Frederick.

Depends on your doctor. I was on liquids & protein bars (one daily) for two of the longest wks of my life...I do not miss those days at all:sorry:

I was told that he (Brody) does not accept MX patients.
