    I wasn't able to check in last wk (work overload), so I'm here to make things difficult this week:paranoid :nervous Week of 5/17 C 266 (gain of 7lbs) 5/24 C 266, (total loss 84lbs, loss this week -10)

    Crystal Light - I buy lemonade & tropical punch (new flavor) and I can drink water like its going out of style. Green Tea is good for you, I drink it (tea bags) all the time. Lipton has this new diet green tea w/citrus and I love it. SF koolaid was discovered by luck. It was in a discount bin for $1.00, so I picked up. I prefer it over crystal light and its already sweetened...just add water.
