A piece of cake (chocolate tall cake), no pain at all. :banana Dr. had me do mini sit ups while he located my port...numbed me up...let it sit for about 5 min.... injected me with saline.....drunk some Water and I was out the door.

Monday B: Slim fast low carb (chocolate) I tried a few sips of the low carb slim fast and had to trash it. We cant be friends:mad: , I feel like it's coming back up at any moment now...I knew I should've stuck with my baby aka slim fast optima Cappuccino delight. :bored S: Grapefruit L: salmon (canned) & sm. salad S: handful of peanuts D: lemon pepper salmon (yummy) and sm.salad Water, water, crystal light, water, apple cider and mo' water

Thurs. Do I really need to post what I ate today:think :bored :dead B: 1/2 grilled cheese L: chips n dip D: ham, mac n cheese, greens, candied yams, mashed potatoes and I washed it all down with skyy vodka w/papaya juice (dont get me momba I was thirsty:ninja ). There was so much food leftover and you'll be happy to know I only took home greens instead of my usual 2 plates of food. We were wondering what happened to ya. It was a nice group of pre-ops and post-ops...we had a great time. Hopefully you'll be able to join us next time. I'm 50/50 on the fill right now...I know I need it but I wont be able to eat whatever I want.:cry **sigh** I will be getting it on the 28th. Carrie, carrie you missed my walk. Teresa aka Ms. Tyra had me doing my America's Next Top Model walk in Red Lobster's parking lot. I will have to do it for ya at our next meeting.:laugh
