    What Protein shake do you drink?

    I use to drink slim fast but I switched to unjury. It has more Protein (20), less carbs (3), taste better and keeps me fuller longer (imo). I get the chocolate, mix w/2% milk, 1/2 banana, a few pieces of crushed ice and blend using my hand held blender and I'm in breakfast heaven.

    If I had to tape up signs my entire house would be wall-papered:nervous Nah, but I put up a mental sign to cut out some of the empty calories (specific cognac) and it has helped w/my weight loss. Considering all my friends are lushes, thats a what...NSVVVVV:p :clap2:

    Boot Camp Lbt Style

    I did well last week w/my eating (high protein, low carbs), fantastic water intake and no alcohol. It really paid off big time...I lost 10lbs in a wk. (I sound like an informercial:o ) My total lost is -11 for the challenge. 291/280/-11 Thanks
