This has been me lately-----> I havent been walking or to the gym in about a mth. Today I have no excuses, therefore I will either be at the track or gym.:yo:

I want to: 1. Finally get some darn restriction w/o the pb, slime, and stuck food episodes...is there such a thing 2. Lose consistantly....2-3lbs a week will suffice 3. Start an exercise regime & stick with it 4. Start/continue eating like a model bandster 5. Kick my Otis Spunkmeyer (cookies) habit...clawd I luv that man 6. Go down another clothes size...any excuse to go shopping ...that'll do for now

I went to vitamin shoppe and got a big tub of protein powder for like $15. Doc said my liver was the best in a long time. That optifast was like $300. for two wks.
