When I'm on the train I dont count calories, I only count carbs & protein. 675 is not enough and as moms said your body will go into starvation mode and you will lose nothing. I would suggest eliminating some of your snacks and eat solid (protein, veggies, limited carbs). You did a 180 on us, your food lists have been looking marvelous darhling....keep it up!!!

I'm not Connie, but you can get them at the grocery store right by the hot chocolate. I dont have any xtras but I can bring you a serving tonight. If I may? If you are contemplating using Carnation as a protein drink I'd read the labels. The powder only have 4 grams of protein per serving and 12g of carbs. The Ready-to-drink bottles have 12g protein but 15g of carbs. In order to get into ketosis, you have to limit carbs and they have too many. Don't shoot me, just trying to help.

pork rinds, beef Jerky... I snack on anything w/in my diet, I just make the portions smaller...turkey/cheese roll ups, boiled eggs, chicken/tuna salad, salmon

Girl Scout Cookies are the devil:rip: I will turn into cookie monster and hurt myself on a box of samoas. I cant even go to Walmart w/o the little scouts trying to break me down:decision: In a time of greed, I convinced myself that I had the willpower to purchase some and only eat 1 or 2 per sitting. Reality has set in and I can't wait to received my cookies b/c they are being shipped to mom ASAP. I will not sabotage my progress over a box of cookies:huytsao

Good work Kee, its never too late. You know my freebie pass at Bally's run out on the 11th:( I need to find an inexpensive gym where I dont have to sign over my next born to become a member. Luckily its getting warm and I can hit the track in the evenings.
