Hello everyone, been a while again, I was reading a few pages trying to catch up a little. You are all doing so great the weight loss is wonderful!! I copied you guys and made a ticker! Hopefully I paste it correctly... Sooooo I have a question, I think I am at a lull in weight loss (I can't say more then two weeks because I lose ounces) and usually I am good at this head game thing but I feel a little crazy about it. That feeling of I hope I did not go through major surgery for 50 pounds... I am sure its just a slow down, praying (lol) and jumping into a serious exercise routine, walking is not cutting it anymore... I will not be all negative I am off my blood pressure medication as of last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more sleep apnea machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do feel amazing; I guess I just need more positive self talk!!!! I was just wondering if anyone else is having a slow down and maybe anything you did to snap out of it...

Happy FIVE Week Sleeviversary everyone (I am actually a day later then all of you)... I am so sorry I have been in and out of here, you guys are a wonderful group!!! My three year old keeps me busy and she's a late sleeper (lol this will change in September!) so please forgive me I do not get much mommy time!!! I am here reading and you are all the best HELP ever... 1. 5'6 275.8 2. 255 3. 234.2 down 41.6!!!! 4.155-165 still want to see what that looks like on me!!! 5. Back to work and doing good!!! 6. Poop issues... Lol I know TMI...

Hello!!! I was sleeved on April 17th (New York, insurance pay). I feel good physically, I am doing really good as far as puree-ing and liquids go. I have been getting in all my vitamins, I always have a bottle of water near by. Eating (still call it that even though it's liquids) is tuff it's not really comfortable (with the exception of the Greek yogurt today that went down smooth) I am not sure of a full feeling because I actually just stop because it's tuff... I am sure I will work all the feelings out eventually... I have a nutritionist, love her I am pretty much just following what she has said to do, with my two week fast and surgery combined my weight loss is 24 pounds... I am no where near perfect, physically not hungry BUT me and my brain would love to eat Mexican, or Mc Donald's!!! I have been having weird dreams that I did all of this and it won't work??? Just looking for stories and feedback maybe a few new "understanding" friends. ~ I wish all of you nothing but happiness and success-Desiree

I am soooo getting powdered peanut butter it sounds great! These posts are a great read, I have a great family friend support system but they do not really understand! I am in the itchy, no bra club as well! Heidi you are a Rock Star so are any of you back at work I have time so I am taking it!!! I have a 3 year old it's hard not picking her up!!!

Just got my date April 15th!!!! After six months of testing and weigh ins, my insurance required six months, THEY are paying so I am happy!!!! I wish you all good luck!!!!
