My surgery is Thursday. On day 2 of pre-op diet. I really want to eat meat! I have to drink 5 Carnation instant breakfast no sugar added mixed with 2% milk plus another scoop of whey protein throughout the day. I haven't really felt hungry, just want meat. I have been very tired, though or maybe it's just my brain telling me if I sleep I won't think about food. I really don't want to cheat. I think if I do it will make tomorrow that much harder. I heard the first 3 days are the worst.
