Im starting to get bored with puree. I have tried puree grilled chix with bbq sauce helps alittle. Mashed Potatoes seems to be the only thing i like and helps me get full. Also the campbells on the go soups help and cream soups. pre wt 249 surg wt 231.4 current wt 222.4 Goal wt 130

My surgeries Monday and Im ready to start my journey. I have been reading everyone post and learning some good things. Just wanted to share good to have somewhere for support. Thanks everyone

That was the same thing I had been on Cpap since 8/23 now my surgery scheduled for the 23rd so ready

I have my next pre op on the 13 th

From Maryland I'm finding myself not wanting any if my old food I tried to eat some fries today and could only eat a few. I guess my mind and body has already adjusted to not having it. Very excited to start my journey:-)
