    Hi, I with surgery mid October, I've just started solid foods phase with surgeon and bariatric team blessing. But even the smallest amounts of food causes discomfort and eventual dumping syndrome. Previous phases of liquid then soft foods went fine. Should I be concerned? Also unsure what foods for Christmas?
