    Ok not to be gross, but everyday of this preOp diet I'm stunned that I'm actually having normal BM's and more than one a day! Normally whenever my body is going through a change I get severely constipated!!! It's been recommended to me however, that in case of constipation Senekot tabs work the best...good luck to all!!
