I log daily and it keeps me on top of watching my intake Even though I cannot eat much I would overheat if I didn't log. I use Livestrong my plate to log:) I sometimes get caught up logging before I even eat.

Lol All I can say is I miss mine.lol I have gone from a 46d to a 34 c and its seems like they are still shrinking at almost 7 months post op:(

Cleaned out closet again and took two bags of clothes to my sister and she passed it on to someone who really needed them:)) good feeling:) post OP 1-29-13 started curves in March to go with my walking. Happy to say that I have lost 100 lbs and 46 inches overall. Went from a 24-26 to a 14-16:) but I still have my I'm so fat days". Hope fades away someday.

I had the worse emotional day yesterday since surgery and hoping it was only lack of sleep because I wanted to scream on the top of my lungs and wanted to eat all the wrong foods. I came to work and have been up all night but plan on resting today. I did not eat any of the wrong foods I wanted but came pretty darn close to doing it:((

So many things come to mind:) my biggest was trying on shoes after two months of surgery . I was so excited to be able to cross my legs that I kept asking the guy attending me to bring more shoes to try on. I know I tried on about 25 pairs of shoes from the excitement. Another is buying a belt ) I had not worn a belt since junior high:)) I have cleaned out my closet twice and it's time again . The joy I see in my children's and grandchildren's eyes when they see me and hug me is the best feeling ever. The weirdest thing is when people stare at me and don't say anything:( I wish I ha done this years ago

MY HAIR HAS STARTED FALLING OUT TOO,I'M AT 6 MONTHS POST OP:( IT ACTUALLY STARTED AT 4 MONTHS. I HAVE SERIOUSLY BEEN THINKING ABOUT CHOPPING IT ALL OFF TOO. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD LONG HAIR BUT MAYBE SHORT WILL GO WELL WITH THE WEIGHTLOSS:) YOUR HAIR LOOKS REALLY GOOD!!

Going for my six month post op check up later and I'm excited and nervous at the same time:) I have several questions I've lost 88 lbs so far ) and I feel amazing!!

I had a great visit:) I must try harder to get all my daily protein in and he ^my iron too:) I have lost more than half of my body fat in six months and I still cannot believe it most days. Hope y'all had a good doctors visit too:)
