  1. Just had my initial nut appointment. It was the only one required by insurance. She and I actually spoke quite a bit about my surgery choices and she helped a lot in helping me nail down the best procedure. We spoke a lot regarding my eating habits. This parts really helps if your honest. She gave me specific game plan to tackle those. He also went over the pre op diet. I am doing it in two phases, and soon will switch to the full Pre op. good luck.

    SSDI deny :(

That is pretty standard with ssd. I am 100% disabled veteran. Even being disabled through the VA did not help, I had to hire an attorney and it took two years. But going through the appeals process was easy. Both the ssd physician and employment expert provided compelling testimony in support of my case. Yes, there own experts supported my claim. It is a shame you have to lose such a big portion of your money to a lawyer, but a lot of people cave and can not wait them out.

    SO NERVOUS

I've had a few surgeries. In all but two I was out before arrival into surgery, and both times that was on purpose. Last one was my appendix and as soon as they shot me up with la la juice, I was gone. Didn't make it past the curtain form the staging cubbie. You'll be amazed how easy it is.
  6. It will be up to your surgeon and if your breast feeding or not. If it were me, I would breast feed for at least 6 weeks. Your body needs that much time to heal anyway, from there I would decide based upon how my milk was doing. Each pregnancy is different. With one I had enough milk for the whole flipping neighborhood, the other I didn't have enough and was forced to supplement from the beginning. Best of luck, sorry about the delay but what an awesome reason to need to wait. Congrats.

    Psych Evaluation

While I haven't had one for wls yet in have had them before. Security clearance, as a preq for a job. It's always pretty basic esp the written exams. In the past I've always met or exceeded the requirements needed ie pass with flying colors. As far as questions go I can't imagine they can be more intrusive than the docs and nut already asked.
