I'm having gas pain too. In my lower stomach its the worst. They are keeping me tonight because I didn't get my 60oz of water down today. Plus I'm still in pain so it's okay.

Did it hurt when they took the drain out?

Hope today is better! I'm still in, I'll probably get to go home today as well. Just these stupid lower stomach cramps are killing me! Plus I started my period, for the first time in like 6 months, and they took away my pain button wah! Did they take out your drain tube yet? I'm so scared for that.

Good luck you two! And I've just been sleeping off and on every hour or so with the beeps. It's pretty annoying. Plus when I wake up I hit my pain button.

Hi guys! I did it! Been sleeping most of the day, not in too much pain but somewhat. Probably like 5 but when I breathe deep or they make me walk it hurts more. Mostly just discomfort and I'm so thirsty! I've only been allowed to have sponge swabs! Ill get to have my 30 ccs of water in the morning and then maybe some jello or broth for lunch depending on how I do. Thank you Guys so much for all the support it means everything. Kparadisek how are you doing?!

Trying to sleep but I can't! I'm a big mess of emotions! I just want it to be over so I can't chicken out or be nervous anymore! Hahaha!

Ah! Yeah my pillow and teddy will be coming and as far as post op goes the only things I have right now are the liquid diet stuff, and my mom did pick up some baby food for stage 2, but I know I'll be favoring yogurt and mashed potatoes over everything then!

Ahh! It's crazy! What time are you going in? I haven't packed yet, I'm probably gonna take some jammies even though they'll make me wear a gown lol, a sports bra, toothbrush, phone charger, a book, fuzzy socks, deodorant, headbands, extra undies...anything I'm forgetting?

My psych evaluation was like 300 questions! Weird ones too! I think they just are trying to get a good look at your habits and whatnot. It's nothing too serious though, don't worry. Good luck!

Day 3 and struggling! This is so hard! I'm only allowed to have 4 8oz shakes a day and sugar free jello, sugar free Popsicles, and water. 800 calories. I'm really tired, I'm cranky and I'm hungry! Please tell me it gets easier! Also, I'm having a bit of a "liquid in, liquid out" issue. Is this normal?

I'm 19 years old and I have PCOS, take 3 pills a day for high blood pressure, pre diabetes, and was hospitalized last September for kidney failure. It just sucks being so young and realizing that your body is so unhealthy that your organs are starting to give out on you now. What's next, my heart? I knew it was time to make a change. I have so much life left to live, and I can't waste it in a body that can't live like it should be able to.

I'm struggling choking these shakes down guys. I even threw up this morning. I don't know if its the milk, or I'm just tired of them or what. I had a disgusting taste in mouth and I'm just nauseous. UGH! What kind of shakes are/did you guys use?
