I had surgery 7-10 too. Doing good but struggling to get past tuna. Just putting chicken in my mouth freaks me out and I get this overfilled pressure from one tiny bite. Maybe that's good. Keeps me from eating too much. -

How Long Before You Returned to Work?

I had my surgery July 10, 2013 and returned to work the 16th. I have a desk job and had no issues at all. I could've gone back sooner if needed to be honest. After first days the air in my shoulders settled and only issue was being a bit tired. I'm sill doing great, haven't thrown up even once, no dumping, no issues (knock on wood). Good luck to you!
