I am post op and off the clear liquid but still liquid. I'm so sick of tomato soup and applesauce. Please give me other ideas!?

I am 25 and am concerned about excess skin after surg. I am 279 lb and don't really have any stretch marks at the moment. Does everyone have excess skin?

Hey! Thanks for checking out my blog! It took me about a month to get everything finished but that was based on the fact that my schedule was completely free so I could bend to any date and time for appointments. Also my surgeon knew I wanted to have time before school started to get adjusted to diet Etc. I chose the gastric BYPASS because you don't have a lap band that you have to deal with. If you get lap band I was told that you have to have it deflated if you go anywhere that you won't be able to get to a dr (cruises trips abroad etc) so things can't get stuck. Also typically you lose more weight with complete bypass. I was at 289 at surgery. I want to get to 160. Thank you again for checking out my blog. I had lap surg 7-22. Had major issues that day with nausea. Can't get comfortable to sleep I wake up feeling like everything has been smushed and usually in a cold sweat. No fever or anything else. Any idea on how to sleep. Or get rid of excess gas? I've been walking a lot.

Around 25 years. Same as me. I want to know if anyone has issues with excess skin at this age!
