I use stiiv app, you can sink to my fitness pal and it gives you freebies for completing goals like I got two propel Water samples and coupons a $2 gift coupon for amazon mp3s and a coupon to get 50% off an iPhone case. It keeps me motivated. Also you can do marathons against friends and when you complete them they send water to one child in South America for one day. Very cool! I have a question... Last night I walked 2.4 miles and I felt great today I feel like I got hit by a truck, why is that? I'm still pre op.

sleep study right now..

I am in the same boat as you, I lost 3 pounds before vacation then when I got back I gained 3 pounds... So I started back on my plan Morning- Metabolic Reset hunger Control shake with almond unsweetened Milk total 8oz.... Water, water, and more water NO SODA, I'm going to cut off ALL breads now then eat normally stop eatingat FAST food restaurants... eat VERY VERY SLOWLY chew chew and DONT be afraid to leave food in your plate wich is my biggest issue because i think of all the hungry people in the world and i feel gulty but im getting over it. keep looking at pictures on this website and document all your food intake....

I started in June 25, I just got my first surgeon meeting appointment for August 12 my sleep study is the second. It feels like forever! I am hoping for at least a November surgery really want to bring the new year as a new person!

I am going to meet my surgeon on August 12th an my sleep study on August 2nd. I'm nervous to sleep away alone in some random room with people monitoring me.

I hear ya, today I called the referal department to see what was the hold up my doctor had sent the papers on the 1st and its now the 9th, I called and the lady said I'm faxing the papers right now! I was like uhmm. I am calling the surgeons office tomorrow morning to see if they got the papers. I ain't playing games with this people if we're up to them I probably end up getting this done next year! Hopefully I get it all done by October or before, my pcp is really up for this to the point he sending me on his own to get the sleep study now lol .

Oh wow! , yeah that WILL be a hassle. I wish you the best, I really hope you get in before the next appointment. I am pre-op too. I am hopping my doctor sent my referral letter last week, and tomorrow or this week I get the call. They are so slow. I get right on things and they take forever for things. I am ready tot tackle this is annoying having to wait for everyone else to get in the same page! Hang in there and push hard!
