I'm having 2nd thoughts, I don't think I can do it. I don't like all the restrictions after. I'm thinking of doing it on my own one last time before surgery.

I'm feeling the same way my surgery in July the 29th and I'm having second thoughts, like what am I doing to my body? But you will be ok every one who gets it never regrets it;)

My surgery is scheduled for July 29th. I weigh 250. I'm doing the liquid diet for four weeks I'm on my 4th day. And I'm thinking maybe all the vitamin problems, and the not being able to eat more then 1.5 oz of food, and the being tired, I'm tired all the time now. Maybe I should wait until my inc pays for the sleeve. Just so many doubts.

I stared a liquid diet, and I have to be on it for four very very very long weeks!!! It's very very hard.

I've been on the liquid diet and have had a headache for two days to, any suggestions on what to do?

Thank you! I'm really having trouble I'm thinking if I'm having so much trouble with this liquid diet how am I going to do after surgery? I'm scarred ill fail. I'm just plane scared at this point, having a lot of people saying why can't you do this without surgery? Your going to change you body for life! Is it really worth it? Mind you I'm not going to be around those people anymore after that but it has put alittle doubts where I thought I was ok with everything. I'm just scared.

This is my first day of a 4 week pre opt diet and I'm miserble. I'm so hungry I just hope it's not this bad after surgery!!!! If so I'm in big doodoo.

To not worry about people staring at me when I sit or get up at a booth. And to just be conferrable with "me"

I take melatonin and it has worked wonders, Kroger has the best! The other brand ie target or Walmart don't seem to work as well.
